OUR SOURCING PHILOSOPHY

We work exclusively with trusted growers in Mexico, Oxnard, Arizona, and California’s Salinas Valley — regions known for producing the most luscious long-stem strawberries. Our farming partners embrace sustainable, regenerative practices that prioritize the health of both the earth and its people.

To preserve the purity of our berries, we rinse them only with filtered, purified water. Unlike tap water, which often contains fluoride, chlorine, and trace metals, our method ensures that each strawberry retains its natural integrity, flavor, and freshness.

OUR CHOCOLATE

Our Fair-Trade certified chocolate is made from the finest cacao beans, ethically sourced from the rainforests of South America and West Africa. Each batch is tempered in-house, allowing us to achieve a silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture that defines true luxury.

  • Dark Chocolate (up to 70% cacao): Deep, bold, and nuanced

  • Milk Chocolate (33–40%): Smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced

  • White Chocolate (28–35% cocoa butter): Light, floral, and decadently soft

All chocolate is Kosher, gluten-free, and free from artificial additives.
